Responsibilities :

  • Create amazing customer experiences
  • Analyze and improve customer journey continuously
  • Manage customer experience team
  • Handle customer cases/issues
  • Co-ordinate with multiple teams provide a seamless customer experience
  • Build business partnerships to create great customer experiences

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving, influence and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in Thai and English
  • Possess “can do” attitude, People oriented person with service mind
