Responsibilities :
Provide professional and timely customer service via website, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LINE), inbound and outbound calls, and email.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate directly with customers to gather information, confirm rental needs, and facilitate car booking inquiries.
Communicate with car owners to confirm availability and rental terms.
Check and verify car stock before finalizing any bookings to ensure real-time accuracy of vehicle availability.
Coordinate with internal teams and car owners to manage fleet readiness.
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly booking summaries and transaction logs.
Generate detailed commission reports for car owners.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in car rental, transportation, or e-commerce platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience handling service via social media and call platforms.
Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Able to work as a shift
