Responsibilities :

• Provide professional and timely customer service via website, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LINE), inbound and outbound calls, and email.

• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

• Coordinate directly with customers to gather information, confirm rental needs, and facilitate car booking inquiries.

• Communicate with car owners to confirm availability and rental terms.

• Check and verify car stock before finalizing any bookings to ensure real-time accuracy of vehicle availability.

• Coordinate with internal teams and car owners to manage fleet readiness.

• Prepare and maintain daily and monthly booking summaries and transaction logs.

• Generate detailed commission reports for car owners.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in car rental, transportation, or e-commerce platforms.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Experience handling service via social media and call platforms.

• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Service-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented.

• Able to work as a shift
